Breakfast items can be included. The homeowner also has a dog. 

Two double rooms available in this Lakeside Rise apartment, situated 10 mins north of Manchester City Centre. This is ideal for two crew members in the same department wanted to keep costs down. The homeowners Kev & Andy are extremely hospitable, and used to hosting many Theatre professionals over the past few years, they are keen to offer local knowledge and Breakfast if needed! 

Spacious and comfortable attic room in beautiful home, a large Victorian semi, perfectly located only 10 minutes from Manchester city centre. Sole use of the whole top floor, so plenty of privacy and loads of space.The large, lovingly styled room is comfy and quirky. There is a walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage, as well as a large chest of drawers, clothes hanging space, a bookshelf, full-length mirror, bedside table and lamps. If you are needing to work there is a desk in the room, as well as a sofa, TV and DVD also provided. Superfast wifi is available. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in your room.  Also have access to a large bathroom with luxury bath and separate shower, toilet and washbasin. 
Claudia the homeowner is happy to share her Manchester knowledge, favourite spots to eat and drink or the best way to get around visit when you get some time off.  Claudia will respect your privacy, and give you space to do your own thing.

Homeowner is used to renting rooms out to TV and Theatre crew, and has been for over 15 years. Full use of the house, own lounge, washing machine and kitchen with own fridge and full cooking facilities.

Double rooms available in this light and airy, stylish 3 bed flat - located on the first floor. Situated in the Wavertree area of Liverpool on quiet residential street. Very close to the M62 and future Liverpool studios.
